The client relied heavily on Excel spreadsheets, making daily operations inefficient. Workflows were slow, error-prone, and difficult to scale. The system needed to be intuitive for users without a technical background.
I designed a CRM system that fully digitizes the core business processes of the auto dismantling operation. The interface was built around real user workflows and daily tasks. The solution significantly improved efficiency and simplified data management.
The CRM design focuses on practicality, clarity, and fast interaction. An intuitive interface with a clear structure and logical navigation was created. Every UI element supports efficient and comfortable daily use.
The CRM system was developed using Node.js and React.js with Antigravity by Google. A pixel-perfect implementation was achieved following UX best practices. The solution ensures stability, scalability, and ease of use.
