Design of an internal CRM system for managing hosting service subscriptions. The project focused on streamlining internal workflows and simplifying subscription and service management.
Challenges
The CRM was an internal system, where efficiency was more important than marketing visuals. Subscription management processes were complex and needed optimization. The interface had to be clear, functional, and suitable for daily use by developers and managers.
Solutions
I designed a logical CRM structure with a clear data hierarchy and well-defined user flows. Functional blocks were organized to minimize the number of actions required for key tasks. The solution significantly simplified subscription management and internal workflows.
Design
