Do you work remotely with teams in Lviv?

Yes. Most Lviv clients, especially IT companies and product startups, work with me fully remotely — via Slack, Zoom, Figma, Linear/Jira. This is a familiar format in Lviv that integrates easily into the sprints and existing workflows of product teams.

Can we meet in person in Lviv?

Yes. I am regularly in Lviv and I am happy to meet face to face — at Lviv IT Cluster, LvivWorks or Veritas coworking spaces, on the Lviv Tech City campus, in cafes near Rynok Square, or at your office. In-person meetings are especially useful at the start of a project and for important strategy sessions.

Do you have experience with product startups and SaaS?

Yes. My portfolio includes B2B SaaS, marketplaces, fintech, edtech, healthcare. I am comfortable with sprints, OKRs, discovery and CustDev sessions, and I have worked with product managers and CTOs accustomed to an agile mindset. I can plug in as a fractional design lead.

Do you work in English?

Yes. Many Lviv products target the global market, so all design and documentation is produced in English. I can speak directly with your foreign customers, investors or users during CustDev interviews.

How much does cooperation cost and what are the payment options?

I work in three tiers — Starter, Business, Premium — with the exact figure shaped after a discovery call. For long contracts I offer monthly retainers. I am a Ukrainian sole proprietor, payment in UAH or foreign currency, stage-by-stage or fixed monthly invoices.

How long will a typical Lviv project take?

A landing — 2–4 weeks, an MVP web or mobile product — 6–12 weeks, a full mobile app — 3–5 months. Larger enterprise projects or full rebrands can run 3 to 9 months. We refine the timeline after the discovery phase.

Do you sign NDAs with Lviv IT companies?

Yes. NDAs are standard practice when working with SoftServe, GlobalLogic, Grammarly, MacPaw and smaller product startups. I can sign your template, MSA, SOW or provide my own document in English. Everything is formalised before the discovery call and any exchange of working materials.

Do you plug into the design systems of product teams?

Yes. Lviv products often already have a basic design system — based on Material, HIG or a custom token set in Figma Variables. I pick up existing tokens, extend the component library, document patterns and help with the governance model for scaling design.

Do you help with A/B testing and experiments?

Yes. For SaaS and e-commerce products of Lviv clients I design variants of key screens, formulate hypotheses, and work with PostHog, GrowthBook and Optimizely. This often pairs with an SEO audit and funnel optimisation. Examples are in the portfolio .

Do you run accessibility audits (WCAG)?

Yes. For global products WCAG 2.2 AA is the minimum standard. I check contrasts, focus states, screen-reader navigation, ARIA markup and keyboard-only flow. This is critical both for the App Store and for US/EU corporate clients that Lviv IT companies regularly serve.

Do you help with publishing mobile apps to the App Store and Google Play?

Yes. I prepare visuals for the App Store and Google Play, screenshots, video previews, descriptions, App Privacy declarations and TestFlight configuration. If you need mobile app development from scratch — I coordinate design with your engineering team or with my development partners.

Do you do branding for Lviv cultural and publishing projects?
