Cross-border export into Romania and Moldova. Chernivtsi is an hour from the border, which gives a logistics advantage but creates specific challenges: lei currency risk, a different B2B culture leaning on personal relationships, duties and VAT. I help build a B2B funnel, estimate CAC and LTV per market, find local partners, and pilot one segment before full launch. The output is often a decision to focus on Moldova with its broader Russian-speaking audience, or the opposite — go into Romania for the EU gateway.
