The full range for performance channels: static banners for Meta Feed, Stories, Reels covers; video creatives 9:16 for Reels, TikTok, Shorts (6, 15, 30 seconds); 16:9 horizontal video for YouTube; GDN banners (all standard sizes); carousels; collections; UGC-styled videos; static and animated versions of the same creative for testing. If you need a systematic brand, see branding in Cherkasy.
First we formulate hypotheses: "for whom", "which objection we remove", "what offer". For each hypothesis I prepare 2-4 creative variants with different hooks, visuals and CTAs. We launch them in parallel with equal budgets and look at CTR, CPM, ThruPlay, CPC and CPA after 3-7 days (depending on traffic volume). Winners are scaled, losers are either turned off or reworked. After 3-4 cycles we have a library of working creatives.
For a new campaign I start with 8-12 creatives (3 hypotheses x 3-4 variants). That's enough to see patterns after the first week — which format, which hook, which promise works. Then week by week I produce 5-7 new creatives based on winners and new hypotheses. Systematic production is the main advantage: one creative per month gives no data for optimization.
Yes. Simple video (graphic animation, transitions, motion typography) I make in After Effects myself. For product or UGC shoots I organize the shoot — either in my Kyiv studio or with a local Cherkasy operator. Script, storyboard, editing and color grading are mine. For shoots with talent (actors, models) I work with a verified casting agency. Usually it's 7-14 days from brief to finished video.
Yes. Classic ads with a logo in the top corner don't work in TikTok and Reels. The algorithm punishes the "ad-like" look: lowers reach, users skip faster. So I build creatives in a native style: 9:16 vertical, hook in the first 1-2 seconds, dynamic cuts, subtitles (most viewers watch without sound), CTA in-frame and in the caption. For TikTok — more trends and tracking, for Reels — a balance of trend and brand.
Yes. I prepare GDN banners in all standard sizes (300x250, 336x280, 728x90, 160x600, 320x50, 320x100, 970x250 and others), responsive display ads (images plus headlines), YouTube TrueView (6, 15, 30-second videos), discovery ads. For search campaigns I separately prepare graphic extensions. Files are delivered in a format optimized for Google requirements (banner weight, HTML5 if needed).
I can, but results will be weaker. Without a unified visual system every creative is perceived in isolation and the brand doesn't accumulate in audience memory. If you don't have a brandbook, the minimum needed is an approved palette, typography and logo. That's enough for the first 1-2 campaigns. For long-term work I recommend full branding in Cherkasy — it's cheaper than reinventing a style every time.
I work with two models: per package (for example 10 static plus 4 video for one campaign) and on a retainer (5-7 creatives per week at a fixed monthly fee — for brands that systematically run ads). The retainer is cheaper per unit and provides a fast reaction to cabinet data. Exact pricing follows a product review and scope discussion. The price includes 1 round of revisions per creative.
Yes, regional retail is a separate specialty. I prepare a systematic creative stream for chains with 5-15 stores in Cherkasy and the region: weekly promotions, seasonal campaigns (Easter, back-to-school, Black Friday, New Year), new product launches, customer content. Everything in the same style as POS materials and signage. For chains in Sosnivskyi and Prydniprovskyi districts I focus on local flavor — people value recognizing "their own".
Yes. UGC (user-generated content) is a native format that delivers higher CTR and lower CPM because Meta and TikTok algorithms love it. Scripts are written for a "real person": the hero tells a story, shows the product in their hands, shares emotion. We shoot on a phone (1080p camera), without professional lighting, with natural sound — so it looks authentic. This works especially well for DTC brands, food, cosmetics, local services.
Yes. DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands are one of my favorite categories. Often these are young brands with production in Cherkasy and Nova Poshta delivery across Ukraine. For them the speed of creative production (trends live for weeks) and data work (CPA is the main metric) are critical. I work in weekly sprints: Monday — hypothesis plan, Thursday — creative delivery, next Monday — results analysis and new hypotheses.
Yes. Beyond digital creatives I prepare a visual package for trade shows (booths, roll-ups, leaflets, on-stand video screens), B2B presentations, corporate events in Cherkasy (Shevchenko Drama Theater, mall conference zones). All in one system — so after an event a person sees your Instagram ad and recognizes the brand from the first frame. For print, see print design in Cherkasy.

I am Oleksandr Filyuk, a designer with 15+ years of experience and 130+ delivered projects. I produce systematic ad creatives for Cherkasy companies: Meta Ads (Facebook plus Instagram), TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Reels, Google Display Network, YouTube TrueView. I work with regional retail with networks in Lyubava and Dnipro Plaza malls, DTC brands with production in Sosnivskyi district, IT startups from Cherkasy IT Cluster, food producers and B2B suppliers.
In 15 years I've seen hundreds of campaigns and one pattern: "pretty" creatives often don't sell. And the opposite — simple, even ugly creatives with the right hook and a clear promise deliver 3-5 times higher ROAS. So I don't start with a mockup. I start with the audience, the product, competitors, objections. I formulate a hypothesis: "woman 30-45 in Cherkasy, objection — expensive, promise — saves time". Only then I draw — according to the hypothesis.
First week — immersion: product, audience, competitors, what's already been tried, what worked and why. I exit with 3-5 key hypotheses for the next month.
Then weekly sprints. Monday: confirm the week's plan (which hypotheses, how many variants, which formats). Tuesday-Wednesday: production. Thursday: delivery to your team — in a format ready to upload to the ad account (correct sizes, text in safe zones, CTA, clear UTM tagging). Friday: together we analyze the week that ran earlier — CTR, CPM, ThruPlay (for video), CPC, CPA. Data drives next week's plan.
After 4-6 weeks your account has a library of 30-50 creatives, partly stable "workhorses", partly continuously tested new hypotheses. That's systematic production.
Static creatives for Meta Feed (1:1 and 4:5), Stories and Reels covers (9:16), GDN banners (all standard sizes), banners for Ukrainian platforms. Always in multiple variants with different hooks and CTAs — for testing without extra cost.
Video creatives 9:16 for Reels, TikTok, Shorts and Stories — 6, 15, 30-second versions. I work with the native style of these platforms: quick hook, dynamic editing, subtitles for muted viewing, in-frame CTA. For horizontal (16:9) — YouTube TrueView, GDN video.
UGC-styled videos — a format with higher CTR thanks to nativeness. Script, props, actor, phone shoot, editing — full cycle.
Carousels and collections for Meta — higher-engagement formats that work well for regional retail product catalogs.
Regional retail — store chains in Cherkasy and the region. A systematic stream of creatives for weekly promotions, seasonal campaigns, new category launches. Local language, close cultural references (from Sosnivka Park to the Dnipro embankment).
DTC brands — production in Cherkasy, sales across Ukraine via Nova Poshta. Fast testing cycles, focus on CPA. Creatives mostly in UGC and native video style, emphasis on order simplicity and delivery speed.
IT startups — English-language creatives for Western markets (US, EU). More focus on product demo, less on lifestyle. I work in B2B SaaS style.
Food producers — FMCG creatives. Quick hook (3-5 seconds), product demonstration, emphasis on quality and local origin. Export — a separate English-language creative line.
Creatives are only part of the funnel. Before the creative there should be a brand that delivers recognition. After the click — a website or app that converts. Offline is complemented by print. If you only need a mark, see logo in Cherkasy. One contractor for the whole system equals visual coherence and fast production.
The first meeting in Cherkasy (Shevchenko Boulevard, embankment, your office) or online is free. I look at your Meta/Google account, previous creatives, metrics, product. If I see where I can deliver lift, I come back with a 4-week plan with concrete hypotheses and creative counts. I mostly work on a retainer — it's cheaper and provides a fast reaction to data.
